How to use : 

Eau de Toilette Vitamin water:
Spray on the body. 

Uplifting Shower Gel Vitamin-Based Water:
Put some shower gel in the palm of your hand. 
Foam on a skin with hands or a sponge or washcloth. 
Rinse with water.
