Don't rinse it off immediately to ensure it has enough time to act. Your goal here is not just to wash your skin, but also to nourish it. Once your skin is clean, the gentle surfactants and oils in Atoderm shower oil will start to work their magic. When the oil has mixed in with the shower water and your skin has absorbed a lot of it, you can rinse off the excess.
