HOW TO USE :
Brush your teeth twice a day and no more than three times a day, for at least two minutes. Do not swallow or spit out the Toothpaste. After brushing in the evening, apply the equivalent of a pea-sized amount of Toothpaste to your fingertips and gently massage it into the sensitive areas of your teeth for 30 seconds.To keep Toothpaste fresh, remember to recap your Toothpaste after each use. Before using Toothpaste for the first time, remove and discard the aluminium foil.For oral use only. Keep out of reach of Children. For adults only.
