HOW TO USE :

Soft toothbrush with rechargeable head:  Brushing three times a day after meals.Solid Peppermint Toothpaste: Gently rub your wet toothbrush with hot water over the solid toothpaste. Very little toothpaste is needed to be effective because your saliva will multiply the foam. Brush your teeth as you would with your usual toothpaste and rinse your mouth. Our solid toothpaste contains a few drops of essential oil of peppermint for a pleasant feeling of freshness. If you use homeopathy, wait half an hour after brushing your teeth before taking it, so the essential oil will not affect your treatment.Solid  deodorant : Wet your deodorant in hot or cold tap water, then wipe it under your armpits, or rub it directly on your underarms still wet after a shower. A thin layer of cream will settle on your skin, that's enough for it to be effective
